Take a complete tasting tour of our award-winning wines, or sample just those you like. Our tasting room staff will be happy to tailor the experience to fit your palate. We have a wide selection of dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, and sweet wines in red, white, and blush. On a hot day, our wine slushies are the perfect refreshments.

• String Theory | 2022 100% Chambourcin | Shawnee Hills AVA | Estate Bottled | This is a lighter version of Chamburcin.  Harvested on the earlier side to retain tart cherry, raspberry, and blood orange characteristics.  11.5% abv  This is our must try wine.
• Broadwing | 2022 70% Vidal 30% Viognier | Shawnee Hills AVA | A blend of two white varieties that are exceptionally well suited to our Shawnee Hills terroir.   Flavors of ripe apple and pear harmonize with exotic richness.  13.7 abv
• The Aeronaut | 2018 | 90% Chambourcin 10% Vidal | Shawnee Hills AVA | The Aeronaut is a fruit forward red blend.  Spicy red cherry and intriguing tannins make this wine irresistible.  13.5% abv.
• Chambo Rose’  | 2021 | 100% Chambourcin | Shawnee Hills AVA | Estate Bottled   Pleasing aromas and flavors of strawberry and raspberry make this wine refreshingly delicious.  A slightly sweet finish lends itself to lighter snacks or sipping by itself.  12% abv
• Aquilla | 2021 | 100% Vidal Blanc | Shawnee Hills AV | Shawnee Hills AVA | An expressive and crisp white wine and tropical notes of mango and pineapple. 13.3% abv
• Pink Kite | 95% Chambourcin 5% Vignoles | Shawnee Hills AVA | Aromas of fresh summer fruit.  This wine is the perfict “sit back on the deck and relax wine”.  12% abv.
• White Kite | 50% Niagara 50% Vignoles | Shawnee Hills AVA | A fun and refreshingly sweet white blend, White Kite is lush and aromatic. Niagara provides classic grapey character that is complemented by rich and structured Vignoles. 12% abv.
• Blueberry Pomegranate Sangria a delicious blend of Kite Hill Vineyards wine and fruit flavorings.  This can be served as sangria, a wine slushy, or a hot sangria, which is perfect for those cool evenings around the fire pit.
